We have a very simple returns policy. Once you make the choice of item from the website we try to send it to you in the best condition possible. However, if the mistakes are made, we accept returns in the following conditions;
- The goods are not on the specified specifications like color combination, sizes, shapes, etc.
- The goods are in damaged condition or have manufacturing defects.
You should acknowledge the following points before purchasing the goods:
- The color of items can change upto 10 % from digital media to real world.
- There might be small dots or visible threads in some parts which were not noticeable during finishing.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- The custom ordered rugs (personalized rugs) can only be returned in cases of quality issues. You are fully responsible for the color combination and design you pick.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be returned in original packing
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
